Marble Wellness, a group therapy practice in St. Louis, is expanding and looking to hire two full-time therapists to offer expert therapy to the populations we serve. Namely, we are searching for therapists with experience in, or willingness to learn, couples counseling or working with adolescents/teens and adults. We are also open to applications from candidates who have a different or additional expertise such as trauma, EMDR, etc.

Full-Time Therapist in Ballwin, MO (2 Openings Available)
Requirements:
- Provisionally or fully licensed LPC or LCSW, Missouri licensure (license must be current, not pending)
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 24+ sessions/week
- Manage your own caseload and complete clinical paperwork
- Attend monthly staff meeting
- Ability to commit to evening and/or weekend hours
This is a W-2 position with competitive pay ($45-$70/hour, based on experience and specialty). Benefits include PTO, retirement plan with company match, medical insurance, and annual stipend toward training. Additionally, in-house supervision is available to PLPCs at no additional cost.
Expectations of therapists are to provide therapy, maintain clinical files in a timely manner, network within the community, and attend staff meetings as necessary.

Internship Opportunity in West County
We are also now accepting applications for an internship opening for two concurrent semesters. (Please note: these are only for internships, not practicum placements.)
We are seeking internship applicants who have an interest in our specialties (explore our website for what those are!). The intern will be provided with weekly supervision and quarterly trainings on varying topics.
We are looking for interns who can work 10-12 hours per week, seeing approximately 8-10 clients in those hours. Other hours will be used for supervision and some meetings.

Internship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a Masters’ program and working towards earning a Masters’ degree in Counseling.
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 8-10 sessions per week.
- Manage your own caseload scheduling and complete clinical paperwork.
- Attend monthly staff meeting, if school and work schedule allows.
- Ability to commit to at least 1 evening per week.
