Ashleigh Jones, LPC
Therapist in St. Louis, MO
Clinical Specialties:

Hi, I’m Ashleigh! I’m a fully licensed therapist at Marble Wellness.
My Education and Professional Background
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from James Madison University in Virginia and went on to complete my master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Lindenwood University in Missouri. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri.
Before joining Marble Wellness, I worked for three years at Kids In The Middle, a nonprofit agency specializing in counseling for children and families impacted by divorce and separation. My time there helped shape my approach to therapy—teaching me just how important it is for clients to feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
I carry that mindset with me into every session, both personally and professionally, by creating a space filled with compassion, empathy, and emotional safety.
How I Like to Work in Therapy
I love working with kids and teens who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. It’s incredibly meaningful to witness their growth as they gain new skills and confidence. With children, I use a mix of child-centered and directive play therapy techniques, often incorporating art and cognitive behavioral strategies based on their unique needs.
When I work with adults, I strive to offer a calm, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I use an eclectic, individualized approach with techniques from CBT and DBT to meet each client where they are. Moreover, I have a deep passion for supporting moms—especially those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum transitions, or the mental load that so often goes unseen. I believe moms deserve a place to be cared for, heard, and validated.
I also work with couples and enjoy helping them bring clarity to their relationship—what they want, what they need, and how they can move forward together. It’s deeply rewarding to help partners communicate more compassionately and build emotional safety within their relationship.
I love learning about others and allowing them to share their story. It’s incredibly rewarding to see clients grow, learn, and change as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves.
I get to be with people at their most authentic selves and help them make meaning of their life experiences. It is both an honor and a privilege to be able to help people through some of the toughest challenges they face.
