Virtual Support Groups for Maternal Mental Health

The journey to and through having a baby can feel overwhelming. It can also be inherently isolating. Even if you have a great, supportive community around you, it is rare that they are experiencing the same stage of life as you are at the same time.

Whether trying to conceive (TTC), beginning, middle, or end of pregnancy, 4th trimester, newborn and infancy, or otherwise postpartum, there are a lot of changes, challenges, and concerns throughout all of these ages and stages of life. This is where intentional virtual support groups for TTC, pregnancy, and postpartum mothers with Marble Wellness can be so helpful.

Organized and facilitated by a full-spectrum doula, educator, and mother of two, these groups are held weekly in a secure, virtual environment.

Danica Wolf, MSW is knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. After supporting hundreds of parents from preconception through years postpartum, Danica is bringing expertise to these groups meant to help you connect with mothers going through the same types of experiences you are.

Feeling alone in this journey is not ideal for you or your family. In fact, humans are not meant to deal with pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood alone! We are inherently social creatures and thrive in community. Find your community here, with one of our support groups tailored to your particular stage of becoming a parent.

Who Can Participate in a Virtual Support Group?

One of the beautiful things about a virtual support group is that anyone can participate from anywhere! We simply ask that you commit to each 8-week session in order to get (and give) the most out of your experience in the online support group. Reach out to our Client Care Coordinator to ask questions and learn more about how you might be a great fit for a virtual support group.
